Child Price Procedure;
1. Child: 00-06.99 years old free of charge / 07.00-11.99 years 50% discount
2. Child: Between 02.00-11.99 years, 50% discount
Child rates are valid when they stay in a standard room with a minimum of 2 adults. Children staying with 1 adult will be calculated at the adult rate.
FORCE MAJEURE
TAOMS 30th International Congress Organizing Committee, in case of force majeure (war, strike, lockout, uprising, or all kinds of internal disturbances and natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, drought, etc.) reserves the right to partially or completely change and/or cancel other elements. Neither party shall have the right to claim any compensation for damages that may arise as a result of the change or cancellation made due to force majeure.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made until 1 September 2024, the registration fee will be refunded against a 50% penalty.
For cancellations made after 1 September 2024, the price paid is non-refundable.
All refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
